Course Description:

Swimming Without Pain: The Comprehensive Guide to Preventing and Rehabilitating Shoulder Injuries. This follow-up course explains the technique adjustments that can minimize both the number and severity of injuries and presents related training concepts. Swimmers and coaches will note that all the technique adjustments that relieve shoulder stress also improve performance. The course includes a section on each of the four competitive strokes. Each section identifies the harmful technique elements and corrective actions needed in each phase of that stroke.
