The right nutrition is essential for any swimmer to meet their athletic potential. Consuming the right food and fluid at the right time will enable competitive swimmers to train harder, recover quicker and race faster. This sports nutrition course provides swim coaches with the essentials of sports nutrition for competitive swimming.
