See LiveCode.org for the open source version of LiveCode.

See LiveCode.com for the commercial version of LiveCode.

With Read.SwimISCA.org, the open source version is used. Both versions do nearly the same things. The open source flavor costs $0 and it is with a GPL license so sharing of code is ideal.
