This is a video from Dr. Havriluk’s presentation at the 2022 ISCA Coach Summit. He made an intriguing presentation in which he detailed step-by-step the performance factors necessary to achieve the seemingly insurmountable goal. As a former student of the iconic Doc Counsilman, Dr. Havriluk is delivering on the challenge laid down by Doc in 1968 when he said: “The search for knowledge will continue and perhaps . . . make a forty second 100-meter freestyle possible.”
