Back kicking with ball tossing

Controlling the ball and holding it with one hand. Next, toss the ball from hand to hand, but do not put both hands on the ball at the same time. Kicking hard helps keep the body up. Arch the back to lift the hips higher in the water too.
Back kick with arms in air

Kick on back, put both arms straight up in the air. With one arm up, it is often called a sailboat drill. Two arms high is harder.

Underwater streamline on the back

Underwater streamline glide with both arms tight over the head, one hand over the other.
