This water polo course can get swimming coaches the insights and confidence to  launch and lead a water polo component in their swim club, high school and / or community.

Summary:

• Length of pool to be 25-meters.
• Men’s shot clock is 25-seconds, rather than 30-seconds.
• After an offensive shot is taken and the offense (attacking team) retains possession, the shot clock is reset to 15-seconds.
