This course describes and illustrates 50 exercises.
Get basic weight training knowledge that will improve your awareness of physical fitness, personal health, conditioning and strength training.
Each exercise includes a video that explains what to do and what not to do.
This course can be used by coaches and athletes who want to get started in the weight room and receive a wonderful primer with perspectives on many fundamental workout basics.
